How we work
Our service to you step by step...
Initial contact - usually via a call to us where we will discuss your particular requirements eg whether you need curtains and blinds, how many windows. We will then arrange for a visit to come to your home and discuss your needs in more detail.
Measure up - this is an important part of the process as each project is very different. This takes around an hour and we will discuss what types of fabrics & styles you like and also take a brief survey for any hard ware fixings that may be required.
Estimate - after the measure up we are then able to provide you with a written estimate of costs.
Acceptance - once you have accepted our estimate the fun begins and we can start the sampling process and advise on suitable fabrics and poles for your project.
Deposit - once your fabrics have been chosen we will ask for a 50% deposit, as soon a we have received payment we can order your materials.
Making up - as a guide, our turnaround is 4-6 weeks from receipt of fabrics, but can be longer at busy times eg pre Christmas.
Installation - our favourite part!. Once your soft furnishings are complete we shall call to arrange a suitable time to hang and dress them. Curtains will be dressed in your home and tied up for a few days to encourage the pleating to sit correctly.
Final invoice - after installation we will invoice the final balance.
